the pillar/WHICH SIDE?

the pillar/WHICH SIDE? is the second installment in the "IT CAN HAPPEN HERE" series. It depicts Nine (the black stick figure) continuing his journey on the yellow path as he finds himself in a world split in half by a pillar. On the left, we see a kid in a wheelchair painting over a hellish, fiery landscape, trying to create a peaceful scene of farmland in the country. On the right, we see a glitched-out sky, light poles snapped in half,  and a detective finding fossils in the sky, all while giant yellow eyes watch your every move. In the forefront, you have a tired hand holding up a hoe, wearing his heart on his sleeve unable to let her go. The pillar itself stands tall with a staircase that turns into water as it continues up to the heavens, leading to a place you'll only see if you're brave enough to take the journey. What will become of this place, and where will Nine's map lead him next?
